My Promised Spells - Luck and Confidence

Hi everyone! Like I promised, a good luck spell! When you do write out your wish, use standard poetry form (first line rhymes with the second, third rhymes with fourth, etc.), because 1. it does sound cool, 2. that is how most spells are written (as seen below). And now that I have my Book of Shadows back, I will post your beauty spell!

Wait, what is a Book of Shadows? I ams SO glad you asked. You see, a Book of Shadows (for all of you who have NEVER heard of such a thing) is a collection of events, spells, notes, anything that has to do with your practiceing with magic. You want to write EVERYTHING that you learn down so that you never forget and you can pass it down to your younglins! Also, you can record anything in it: Dreams, Thoughts, Spells, How many times you've seen your crush and his class schedual, anything! Because this is YOURS and only yours until you give it to the next generation. I will be looking for a way to bless your Book of Shadows, because...I still need too...BUT you can use ANY notebook, drawing book, music book, ANYTHING, as long as you feel a connection to it and it reflects you and your personality. Now, why don't you look over this good luck spell and then the beauty spell. Since I have MY Book of Shadows, we'll be able to do actual lessons! P.s. Wish me luck tonight! Good Luck Spell

Casting this spell requires some preparation. You need to write your wish on a small piece of paper, hold it folded in your hand and then visualize your wish coming true. Thereafter, you should chant the above spell and burn the paper.

On this sheet my wish be told

No aspect of my heart withhold

For this I need quick fruition

So that my life may match my vision.

Confidence Spell

What you'll need:

• A small shell or other item you can carry with you
• Yellow candle

Light the candle and hold it in your right hand. Say:

"Please give me confidence
So I can be the best
I failed it once
But now I will be better than the rest"Pass the shell through the flame and say:"May this be my lucky charm so my wish can come true"
Kiss the shell for good luck and pass it through the flame one last time and say:
"May my charm help me in all I do"

Prayers For Death (or Things Having To Do With Death)

Tonight my dear childhood pet, Tobey, passed on. He may have been just a rabbit, but he was a good friend of mine. I have noticed, while I was looking for prayers to help his spirit move on to the next world, that there wasn't really much of any that had to do with Death. So, here is a list of prayers that will help in case you come across these problems. The subject of Death I will touch on later on, but right now I grieve. Blessed be.

Deep Peace to You
Deep peace of the running wave to you.

Prayer For The Dying

A Wiccan Prayer for the Dying

Earth Day in Sickness and Health

Hey everyone, I am sick, but that will not stop me from posting! Today, if you didn't already know is Earth day. Today is the day to honor the Earth and to meditate on the deity manifesting as Mother Earth. So, here is a spell especially for Earth Day! It's easy to do and if you are not able to cast a circle, like myself, then you can just envision it all. 

This is to plant a plant for today, because the Earth is our home and we are supposed to respect and care for it. You will need a circle of earth (or just any kind of soil, it doesn't have to be special because it already is!), and a collection of seeds and plants. Begin by tilling the soil and use any fertilizer you would like or none at all, it is all up to you. Next, start by blessing the soil by getting down on the ground and placing your hands in the soil saying: 
Mother of Creation
Grant me your blessings
So my garden will thrive
Creating joy and love while it's alive.
Plant your seeds or your transplants into your garden. Finish by watering your garden thoroughly. Visualize your garden becoming florescent with life. Each day visit your garden , and as you tend to it, say a blessing for it's continued health and well being for the good health of our Mother Earth.

Congratulations! That was our Earth Day spell and here is a spell to make sure that you don't get sick like me!

To help speed recovery from an illness, write the sick person's name on a white human shaped candle of the correct gender (we will talk about this soon). As you anoint it with 3 drops of myrrh or mint oil, visualize healing energy in the form of white light flowing from your hands and into the candle. Recite:

"In the divine name of the Goddess who breathes life into us all, I consecrate and charge this candle as a magical tool for healing."

Place the candle on top of a photograph of the sick person and then light the wick. As the candle burns down, focus on the person in the photograph, willing him/her to be well again. Then recite:

"Magick mend and candle burn,
Sickness end, good health return."

Continue to focus and recite until the candle burns out on it's own. (At this point I suggest taking the remains of the candle, wrapping it in clean white cotton and burying it outside, thereby burying the sickness.)

Simple Beauty Spell

Just saw this and I thought that some one might want to try it. It sounds like it works really well (here's the website!!! http://justwicca.com/spell-for-beauty/ ). The one thing that I wound't do is blow out the candle, because if you blow out a candle then you push away the magic. Instead snuff it out when you get to that part (unless the whole point to blowing out the candle is to push away the negative affects of your skin).

This is a really simple, but fun and effective spell for beauty. All people like to have soft and beautiful skin. This simple spell gives you beautiful and soft skin. This spell is so simple- all you need is sugar, water, and a white candle!

Sugar is not only a staple in every Wiccan's pantry but also a great item for love spells, friendship spells, wish spells, and beauty spells. This time we are using sugar as a gentle exfoliate to heal and soften our skin naturally.

Sugar is the best way to naturally exfoliate the skin, because it doesn’t sting and unlike salt – it doesn’t tear at the skin. This spell for beauty is simple, effective, fun and more importantly it works fast. You can get clear, blemish free skin within a matter of minutes. It is good to use on those stressful days, after an intense workout, before a date, or when you want that extreme feeling of being fresh and clean.

Light a white candle, and chant three times.

“New Moon – New Me as pretty as can be - All who see shall awe at me – As I will it so mote it be”.

With the candle still lit, place 3 tbsp of water with 2 tbsp of sugar – if you have it – place on petal from a rose and mix well.

With your eyes closed, place the mask in circular clockwise motions on you face and neck. Let sit for 1 min while meditating on your beautiful, clear skin, rinse the mask off your face, and place a warm-hot rag on you face for another minute. Pat your face dry and blow out the candle – Be amazed at the results!

Remember you can do this as often as you like, with to with out the enchantment. And be on your way to great looking skin.
